Authorize to accept and expend Federal Funds in the amount of $43,110,000 from the United States Environmental Protection Agency, under the Inflation Reduction Act, to provide financial and technical assistance to low-moderate income and disadvantaged communities to deploy and benefit from residential- servicing community scale distributed solar energy projects. (2) Further authorize to create two temporary full-time MISC BUS OPS SPEC-4 program manager positions to manage this program, and one MISC BUS OPS SPEC-4 compliance position to ensure compliance of federal regulations for this program, and establish a class 046 Consultant for technical assistance services. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on August 16, 2024.
