Authorize to amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 11/8/23, Item #75), by moving the Home Electrification grant to a new accounting unit, transferring appropriation between expense classes and creating a class 022, 028, 050, 057 to better tract the expenses of the two grants. There is no change in funding level for this request. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on August 16, 2024.
