Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc., Berlin, NH, in the amount of $540,000 to supplement the Agency’s Weatherization Assistance Program, with Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds, from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds
