Authorize to retroactively amend a grant agreement with the Red Sleigh Condo Association, Plymouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/22/23, Item #97, archived document ), by extending the completion date from December 31, 2025 to December 31, 2027, for drinking water system improvements. Effective January 1, 2026, upon G&C approval through December 31, 2027. This is a no cost time extension. 73% Federal Funds, 27% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund
