Authorize the Division of Parks & Recreation to retroactively enter into a Special Use Permit with the Alzheimer’s Association MA/NE Chapter, Waltham, MA, for the 2024 Ride to End Alzheimer’s fundraising event to take place at Hampton Beach State Park – South Beach on June 1, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of May 31, 2024 through June 1, 2024. (2) Further authorize the Division of Parks & Recreation to accept payment from the Alzheimer’s Association MA/NE Chapter, Waltham, MA, in the amount of $9,695, for Special Use Permit fees for the 2024 Ride to End Alzheimer’s fundraising event to take place at Hampton Beach State Park – South Beach. Effective upon G&C approval.
