Description
Authorize to retroactively amend an Aquatic Resource Mitigation Fund grant to The Nature Conservancy, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/7/16, Item #56), by extending the completion date from December 31, 2023 to December 31, 2024 to accommodate the five-year post construction monitoring period required to document success of the project and fully meet the program goals. Effective upon G&C approval. No additional funding is involved in this time extension. 100% Aquatic Resource Mitigation Funds
