Authorize to approve a Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan agreement with the Town of Durham, NH, in an amount not to exceed $100,000 to finance the Wastewater Treatment Facility Sludge Dryer Feasibility Study project under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-Wq 500 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds
