Authorize to approve a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan agreement with North Conway Water Precinct, NH in an amount not to exceed $15,128,668, to finance the Saco River Erosion Mitigation for Protection of the Wastewater Treatment Facility project under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-Wq 500 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds
