Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Xello, Inc, Toronto, Canada, in an amount not to exceed $250,000, to provide an online career assessment and exploration platform to New Hampshire students. upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025, with the option to renew for an additional two one-year periods. 50% Federal Funds, 50% Private Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on August 16, 2024. Contingent upon approval of Item #155.
