Authorize the Division of Learner Support to amend an existing sole source contract with Friends Forever, Inc., Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/22/23, Item #101), by increasing the price limitation by $117,845 from $744,000 to $861,845 to provide teen leadership programming for additional at-risk students with no change to the contract end date.
