Description
Authorize to retroactively amend an existing subgrant to the Department of Safety (originally approved by G&C on 11/22/22, Item #172), by extending the end date from July 31, 2024 to July 31, 2025, for the purpose of continuing the Sex Offender Registry verifications and to comply with the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act grant requirements. Effective upon G&C approval. No additional funds are involved in this time extension. 100% Federal Funds
