Authorize to enter into a contract with American Rock Salt Co., LLC, Mt Morris, NY, in the amount up to and not to exceed $2,271,195.17 for rock salt. Effective upon G&C approval or September 1, 2024, whichever is later, through August 31, 2025, with the option to renew for up to an additional two-year period.
