Description
Authorize to retroactively amend an existing contract with RH White Construction Co, Inc., Auburn, MA (originally approved by G&C on 6/29/22, Item #199), for excavation services on a needed basis by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $420,000 from $560,678 to $980,678 and extending the completion date from July 31, 2024 to July 31, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval.
