Authorize to enter into a contract with Insight Public Sector, Inc., Tempe, AZ, in an amount up to and not to exceed $10,000,000 for software value added reseller through a Participating Agreement with the National Association of State Procurement Officials Value Point Master Agreement. Effective upon G&C approval through April 24, 2027, with the option to renew for up to an additional two years.
