Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract and participating addendum with the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement with Carahsoft Technology Corporation, Reston, VA, by extending the scope of services from Salesforce software only to the entire product catalogue of Carahsoft cloud solutions software and associated services and establish a price limitation of $63,417,021.84 with no change to the contract completion date for Cloud Solutions. Effective upon G&C approval through September 15, 2026.
