Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with PC Construction Company d/b/a PCEO, South Burlington, VT, for a total price not to exceed $17,731,000, for the new legislative parking garage. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $1,750,000 for unanticipated site expenses. (3) Further authorize a payment of $190,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering and project management services provided. Effective upon G&C approval through April 31, 2025, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% General Funds
