Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with R.M. Piper, Inc., Plymouth, NH, for a total price not to exceed $4,598,278.74 for the expansion of the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $229,914 for unanticipated site expenses. (3) Further authorize a payment of $70,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering and project management services provided. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2025, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Federal Funds
