Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Integrated Facilities Construction Corp., Medford, MA, for a total price not to exceed $3,381,400 for the Campground Renovations at the Pawtuckaway State Park located in Nottingham, NH. 100% Federal Funds – ARPA. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $250,000 for unanticipated site expenses. 100% Capital Funds. (3) Further authorize a payment of $243,400 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering and project management services provided. Effective upon G&C approval through October 10, 2025, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Federal Funds – ARPA
