Description
Authorize the Division of Risk and Benefits to exercise the option to extend the contract with Delta Dental Plan of New Hampshire, Inc. (originally approved by G&C on 9/18/19, Item #102), in the amount not to exceed $716,000, increasing the total contract amount from $1,770,000 to $2,486,000 and to extend the end date from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2026, for the purpose of administering the self-funding dental coverage for state employees and eligible dependents. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2026. 34% General Funds, 17% Federal Funds, 3% Enterprise Funds, 10% Highway Funds, 1% Turnpike Funds, 35% Other Funds
