Authorize to make transfers from the Salary Adjustment Fund to agency permanent personnel salary accounts, upon the certification of the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services, as authorized under RSA 99:4 during the period of August 31, 2024 to July 18, 2025 for transfers related to Fiscal Year 2025 and to report transfers made as soon as practical after each quarter of the year end closing date. (2) Further authorize to make transfers from the Benefit Adjustment Fund to agency benefit accounts, upon the certification of the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services as authorized under RSA 9:17-c during the period of August 31, 2024 to July 18, 2025, for transfers related to Fiscal Year 2025 and to report transfers made as soon as practical after each quarter of the year end closing date.
