Description
Authorize to enter into retroactive amendments to existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated July 17, 2024, to correct an error in the rate calculations for behavioral health residential treatment services for children, youth and young adults, with no change to the price limitation of $365,320,996.18 and with no change to the contract completion dates of June 30, 2025. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2023, upon G&C approval.
