Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing sole source contract with Southwestern Community Services, Inc., Keene, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/20/23, Item #89), by increasing the price limitation by $235,669 from $4,355,988 to $4,591,657 using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds made available through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and from remaining regular program year funds, both from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2025. There is no time extension being requested for this contract. 100% Federal Funds
