Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing sole source contract with Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc., Berlin, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/20/23, Item #90), by increasing the price limitation by $298,737 from $5,232,597 to $5,531,334 using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds made available through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and from remaining regular program year funds, both from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families.
