Description
Authorize to approve a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan agreement with the Rye Water District, Rye, NH, in the amount not to exceed $11,000,000, to finance water system improvements under the provision of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 87.34% Drinking Water DWSRF BIL Funds, 12.66% General Funds. (2) Further authorize to approve a Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund to the Rye Water District, Rye, NH, in the amount not to exceed $4,950,000, for water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-Dw 1300 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund
