Description
Authorize to retroactively amend a Real Estate Services Agreement with CBRE, Inc., Boston, MA, to provide real estate consulting, marketing, and brokerage services, by extending the termination date until April 22, 2025. Fees, up to 5% of the sale price or $50,000, except to the extent that said fee exceeds gross sale proceeds, will be paid at closing from the gross sale proceeds. Retroactively effective as of April 22, 2024, upon G&C approval. 100% Other Income
