Authorize to amend an existing contract with Alliance Group Services, LLC, Essex Junction, VT (originally approved by G&C on 12/20/23, Item #194), by increasing the price limitation by $121,061.25 from $411,928.75 to $532,990 with no change to the contract completion date for HVAC preventative maintenance and repair. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2028, with an option to extend for up to an additional two years.
