Description

Authorize to amend an existing contract with Lamprey Health Care, Inc., Newmarket, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/21/22, Item #27), to change the scope of services by removing the Powerful Tools for Caregivers program and adding the Walk with Ease program, with no change to the price limitation of $330,922, and no change to the contract completion date of September 30, 2025.
