Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract amendment to its existing Cooperative Project Agreement with University of New Hampshire, Institute for Health Policy and Practice, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/21/17, Item #11), for UNH to continue to provide the Department with technology infrastructure, expertise, technical assistance, and support for certain core Department Medicaid functions and deliverables, by increasing the price limitation by $845,790 from $8,486,126 to $9,331,916 and by extending the expiration date from July 31, 2024 to June 30, 2026.
