Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Denise Stuart, Plymouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10/19/22, Item #19), for the continued provision of dental hygienist services at Glencliff Home, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $7,500 from $15,000 to $22,500 and extending the completion date from September 30, 2024 to September 30, 2025.
