Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into a contract with Teledyne FLIR Defense, Inc., Wilsonville, OR, in an amount not to exceed $409,098 for the upgrade of their FLIR 380 HDC thermal imaging system on the State Police Bell 407 helicopter.
