Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to enter into a sole source agreement with Maine Technical Source, Inc., Yarmouth, ME, in the amount of $40,540.59, for the purpose of purchasing a Global Navigation Satellite System unit, data collectors, and the software licenses and peripheral equipment for the use of the instruments in the field, as detailed in the letter dated July 3, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Highway Funds
