Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with L & D Safety Marking Corp., Barre, VT, on the basis of a single bid of $265,150, for installation of rumble strips, along US Rt 2 from MP 11.9 in Jefferson, NH to MP 35.4 in Shelburne, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $13,257.50, for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 27, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
