Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into a contract with Nicole L. Sawyer, Psy D PLLC, Exeter, NH, in an amount not to exceed $90,000 for the provision in de-escalating crisis negotiations and management of critical incidents. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2028, with the option to renew for one two-year period. 34% General Funds, 41% Highway Funds, 25% Turnpike Funds
