Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Roadsafe Traffic Systems, Inc., Avon, MA, on the basis of a low bid of $1,349,140, for removal and replacement of four Dynamic Message Signs within the Turnpikes system. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $40,474.20 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 26, 2025. 100% Turnpike Funds
