Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Lakes Region Manufactured Housing Cooperative, Belmont, NH, in the amount not to exceed $812,500, for water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 485:F. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2026. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with the Lakes Region Manufactured Housing Cooperative, in the amount not to exceed $812,500, to finance water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 485:F and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-DW 1300 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund
