Authorize the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation to enter into a sole source contract with Sky’s the Limit Communications, LLC, Hershey, PA, in an amount not to exceed $726,951, to provide Pre-Employment Transition Services to students who are blind and vision-impaired. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
