Authorize the Bureau of Special Education Support to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with The New Hampshire Association of Special Education Administrators, Inc., Concord, NH, in an amount not to exceed $477,546, to provide services in support of recruiting and retaining new special education teachers and administrators. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of July 1, 2024 through September 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
