Description
Authorize the Division of Learner Support to enter into a sole source amendment, via change order, to a contract with Alma Technologies, Inc., Portland, OR (originally approved by G&C on 6/15/22, Item #128), by increasing the price limitation by $4,130,000 from $2,489,900 to $6,619,900 and adding to the scope of services to add in the special education student information system to the statewide student information system, with no change to the completion date. Effective upon G&C approval through December 8, 2026, with an option to renew for five additional Fiscal Years. 29% Education Trust Fund Funds, 71% Federal Funds
