Authorize to enter into a retroactive contract with Richen Management LLC, Dover Foxcroft, ME, in the amount up to and not to exceed $548,262, for janitorial cleaning services. Effective upon G&C approval or July 1, 2024, whichever is later, through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to an additional two-year period.
