Authorize to enter into a contract with Kueper North America LLC, Charleston, SC, in an amount up to and not to exceed $448,744.56 for supply and delivery of snowplow and grader cutting edges through a participating agreement with the National Association of State Procurement Officials Value Point Contract. Effective upon G&C approval through March 28, 2029, with the option to extend for up to an additional two years.
