Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with Fidelity Information Services, LLC, Jacksonville, FL (originally approved by G&C on 12/3/25, Item #76, archived document ), for Electronic Benefits Transfer services for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children, and cash assistance programs, to modify contract language to align with federal regulations, with no change to the price limitation of $1,744,178 and no change to the contract completion date of November 30, 2032.
