Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to amend an existing Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Environmental Services, Dam Bureau Water Division, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/21/22, Item #119), by extending the completion date from September 14, 2024 to September 14, 2025, to provide necessary time to complete the project. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds. No additional funds are requested.
