Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with C.W. Sliter & Sons, LLC d/b/a CWS Fence & Guardrail Co., Andover, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $1,446,755, for guardrail removal and replacement on I-293 through the Millyard in Manchester, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $72,337.75 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through May 16, 2025, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Turnpike Funds
