Authorize, under the Community Development Block Grant program, to amend a grant to the County of Sullivan, Newport, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/6/23, Item #31), by increasing the grant agreement amount by $563,695 from $563,695 to $1,127,390 and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2025, to allow for another year of funding for the purpose of assisting two organizations and providing microenterprise technical assistance and training, direct grants and down payment assistance to micro businesses. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2025. 100% Federal Funds
