Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing sole source contract with Community Action Program Belknap and Merrimack Counties, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/21/22, Item #57), to supplement the Agency’s Building Weatherization Program by increasing the price limitation by $130,000 from $565,748 to $695,748 using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds, from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2024 to December 31, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
