Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing sole source contract with Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc., Berlin, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/21/22, Item #61), to supplement the Agency’s Building Weatherization Program by increasing the price limitation by $150,000 from $666,928 to $816,928 using Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds, from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2024 to December 31, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
