Description
Authorize to enter into contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated December 16, 2025 in an amount not to exceed $500,000 to implement and operate a Recovery Enhancement Program, in conjunction with outpatient substance use disorder treatment services, to reduce substance use and improve engagement in treatment for individuals with a diagnosed opioid and/or stimulant use disorder. Effective upon G&C approval through September 29, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. 100% Federal Funds Archways Blue Heron Neurofeedback and Counseling, LLC
