Authorize to approve a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan agreement with the Oyster River Condominium Association, Lee, NH, in the amount not to exceed $680,000, to finance water system improvements, subject to conditions as detailed in the letter dated June 21, 2024, under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq.
