Authorize to approve a Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan agreement with the City of Lebanon, NH, in an amount not to exceed $100,000, to finance the Mascoma Watershed Protection Plan project under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Administrative Rules Env-Wq 500 et seq.
