Authorize to approve a Clean Water State Revolving Funds loan agreement with the Town of Swanzey, NH, in an amount not to exceed $420,000, to finance energy improvements through the Energy Efficiency and Solar Array project under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Administrative Rules Env-Wq 500 et seq.
